Shay Lewis-Sisco, Board Vice President
Shay and her family live in Cambridge. She joined the CWDI Board in 2022 after a collaborative search by CWDI and City leadership.
Shay holds a BS in Psychology, with a minor in Political Science, from the University of Maryland. She brings extensive experience in workforce development and community outreach. Shay hosts a regular podcast – “Shay Speaks” – where she brings community leadership to the general public to discuss current issues and life in Cambridge. Her extensive contacts and audience reach will allow CWDI to improve and expand its messaging to its most important stakeholder – the Cambridge / Dorchester community.
