Frank Narr, Treasurer
Frank has been an active community member of Cambridge and Dorchester County since he and his wife moved to Cambridge in 1993. A native of Gaithersburg, Maryland, Frank is a product of Montgomery County Public Schools. Frank received his B.A. in Business Administration from Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, PA. Upon graduation, Frank became a CPA and worked for the accounting firm, Arthur Andersen & Co., in Washington, DC and later in Philadelphia, PA. In between, he received his MBA in entrepreneurship from Indiana University in Bloomington, IN.
Frank worked for five years as Executive Director of Sailwinds Park, Inc., the non-profit forerunner of Cambridge Waterfront Development, Inc. In 1998, Frank took a position as CFO of ISG International, a national insurance brokerage located in Cambridge. In 2022, Frank retired, having successfully navigated ISG through its third growth acquisition.
Frank has been a CWDI Board Member since its formation in 2018, a CWDI appointee. He is a member of CWDI’s Executive Committee and Planning Committee.
