Note:   The Organization prepared its initial Form 990 for 2019 on a calendar-year basis (1/1 - 12/31).  Starting in 2020, the Organization prepared its annual Form 990 on a fiscal-year basis (7/1 - 6/30) to mirror the local and state fiscal years.  To accommodate this change, the Organization prepared a short-year Form 990 for the period 1/1/2020 - 6/30/20.  The Organization has filed full fiscal-year returns through 6/30/23.  Due to commencing  calendar-year annual review/audits in 2022, the Organization has decided to revert back to preparing calendar-year Form 990's in 2024; as a result, it will prepare a short-year return for the period 7/1/23 - 12/31/23.
