Carol Baker, Board Member
Carol Baker-Jones, a native of Maryland’s Eastern Shore, brings more than 40 years of experience in residential and agricultural real estate sales to the Cambridge Waterfront Development, Inc. Board of Directors. An Associate Broker with Benson & Mangold since 2014, she has extensive experience working with buyers and sellers of large tracts of land, both improved and unimproved, throughout Cambridge, Dorchester County, and the broader Mid-Shore region.
Coming from a large-scale farming background, Ms. Baker-Jones offers deep knowledge of land use, real estate development, and the economic landscape of Maryland’s Eastern Shore. In addition to her professional accomplishments, she is an active community supporter who has served numerous organizations as a volunteer and board member.
Appointed by Governor Wes Moore as the State Representative to the CWDI Board, Ms. Baker-Jones is committed to helping advance the vision for Cambridge Harbor and supporting the long-term economic development of Dorchester County through thoughtful waterfront redevelopment and strategic community investment,
