Rich Zeidman

Board Member

Rich has owned a home in Dorchester County’s Neck District for 30 years, spending most of his time there with his wife since retiring in 2017.

He is a graduate of the University of Michigan and the University of North Carolina Law School at Chapel Hill. Rich worked with Bethesda, MD based law firm of Linowes and Blocher for 35 years, ending his tenure as their Managing Partner from 2009-2017. His area of specialization included: commercial real estate transactions and public/private real estate development ventures, including NOAA consolidated Headquarters Quarters in Silver Spring, Downtown Silver Spring Development, Rockville Town Square Development, and Downtown Bethesda’s redevelopment.

Rich was appointed as one of the original CWDI Board Members.
